Assembly
1.
Fasten both funnel supports (4) to the bo � om of the funnel with one Phillips screw
M6x38mm (9) and one Nylstop nut M6 (13).
Screw the nut (13) on both supports (4) onto the Phillips screws (9) only so far that
the supports can s �ll be m oved.
Next, slide the separa �ng sle eves (11) onto the axle of the gearbox housing (2).
(1xLe � & 1x Rig ht/ see figu re below) Now guide the axle through the axle holes of
the hopper supports (4). Then push the spacer sleeves (12) also one le � and one
right onto the axle. Now you can correctly fasten the screws on the funnel supports
(4).

Push one wheel (7) each onto the two axle ends.
Then a washer (18) on each side.
Next, insert the split pins (3) in the holes provided for them at the ends of the axle
and then fasten them.
Finally, place the hubcaps (8) on the axle ends and secure them with light, light
hammer blows un �l the hub caps (8) ar e flush with the wheels.
Now fasten the foot (6) to the funnel supports (4) with Phillips screws (9) and
Nylstop nuts
Now insert the larger co � er pin (3) completely through the holes at the end of the
rotary axis to lock the rotary disk (2) to the hopper (1).
Now connect the handle (5) to the foot (6) using the carriage bolts (16) and
triangular nuts (10).
Fasten the control lever (14) to the handle (5) using the pre-assembled Phillips
screws M6x48mm (17).
Operating the spreader
Push the calibra �on switch down and set the control lever to the desired number.
