CL190/CL191 Lens Controller - User Manual
Set lens with no EEPROM
The CL190 will work with Optotune™ lenses having no internal
EEPROM. This command allows the user to set the optical power
and current rating for the lens.

Where:
n
- minimum optical power
x - maximum optical power
i - current for minimum optical power
a
- current for maximum optical power.
And:
RM1 Require lens EEPROM (default).
When using a lens with no EEPROM, there are various features
which are not available, such as temperature compensation.
When the command has been used to set a lens with no EEPROM,
the TR-CL180 will ignore the lens’s EEPROM and will continue to
ignore it until the
RM1 command has been sent.
Caution: Using the wrong parameters can damage the lens. Only
use this command with parameters supplied by Gardasoft or
Optotune.
