6 Loading and Unloading

LOADING RAMP
Pull out the loading ramp that is located
under the platform of the Super-Trac
.
Roll the wheels of the wheelchair up onto
the ramp and gently push the wheelchair
up with one person on either side.
WARNING
Check that the wheels of the
wheelchair fit into the ramp
channels. Watch for
interference from anti-tip
bars. These may need to be
removed.
WARNING
The angle of the ramp
may cause the
passenger’s upper body to
shift forward. Be prepared
to support the passenger’s
upper body when loading
and unloading.
WARNING
It may be necessary to
disengage the drive of
power wheelchairs to roll
them up the ramps.
Power wheelchairs are
heavy. Use caution.
