Object Tailgating Trigger

The tailgating filter can use either the tracking engine or the counting line as trigger sources
for tailgating detection. Since the counting line exhibits higher performance when detecting
multiple objects crossing a line, best performance will be obtained when the trigger is set to
"Counting Line". If a counting line filter is already configured on the line, then the trigger is
automatically set to "Counting Line".

Note that a VCApro, VCAaccess or VCAcount license is required to enable the counting line.
