required.

In

 

many

 

cases,

 

the

 

VCA

 

analytic

 

features

 

on

 

a

 

camera

 

are

 

pre-activated

 

in

 

the

 

factory

 

and

 

further

 

acti-

vation

 

is

 

only

 

necessary

 

to

 

enable

 

additional

 

functionality.

 

There

 

are

 

3

 

different

 

methods

 

of

 

activation,

 

token,

 

pre-activation

 

and

 

activation

 

code.

An

 

activation

 

code

 

is

 

linked

 

to

 

the

 

cameras

 

hardware

 

configuration

 

and

 

is

 

not

 

transferable.

To

 

manage

 

activation

 

codes,

 

navigate

 

to

 

the

 

license

 

feature

 

from

 

the

 

VCA

 

menu.
