5. Remove the cartridge by hand and clean all
components thoroughly. Inspect components for
damage. If components are damaged, the cartridge
must be replaced.
6. Cleaned cartridge (or a new cartridge, if this is
required) can now be re-installed, by screwing into
the mixer body until it reaches a firm stop and
tightened. The cartridge should be tightened to a
torque of 15Nm. Re-install or install new plastic
lock.

7. When service is complete, slowly turn the cold-water
s t n v ve t ‘OPEN’ p s t n nd nspe t
mixer body for leaks. Repeat with hot water isolation
ball valve.
8. Re-commission the mixer as per commissioning
procedure (See section 8.0 Commissioning).
