4. PROBLEM SOLVING.
The following operation requires sufficient professional knowledge of electrical
aspects and extensive safety knowledge. Operators must hold valid qualification
certificates that can demonstrate their skills and knowledge. Ensure that the input
cable of the machine is disconnected from the mains before dismantling the welding
machine
.

When the machine is switched
on, the power indicator does
not light up and there is no
power at the output.

Check if the power switch is closed.

No input power.
Switch on the machine, there is
current at the output, but the
output current is unstable and
cannot be controlled by
potentiometer when cleaning.

Current potentiometer fails. Replace it.

Check if there is a loose contact inside the machine.
If there is, reconnect it.
While the machine is running,
it stops working and the
indicator light has gone out.

The machine has overheated during a long period of
continuous operation and has stopped temporarily to
protect itself.
4)
No input power. The differential or the current limiter of
the current panel has tripped.
The GALA CLEANER 800 contains no serviceable parts. There is a risk of electric shock if the machine
is opened. The machine must not be modified or altered, as this will invalidate all warranty claims. In
the event of a fault, the machine must be sent to the service department.
