Installing The Intercom
Site Survey
Before installing this intercom, you need to be sure that there is a good 4G cell coverage in the area
it is to be installed. It’s recommended that you conduct a site survey, and check reception on the site
for a 4G network from the intercom APP. If reception is poor in the area, then this system is not
recommended.
4G signal strength
Server connection status
you need to install the App and add the intercom into
the APP before you can check reception on the site
from it.
for good performance, both 4G signal level and server
connection level should be at least 3 bars.
TIP
: if 4G signal is lower than recommended, then
change network if possible or use an optional high
gain external antenna.
Intercom installation recommendations
1.
This intercom unit is suitable for surface mounting.
2.
Fix the video intercom on the wall by screws.
3.
The view angle of this video intercom should be around 80°
4.
The height of the lens position is suggested between.
145cm~160 cm from the ground.
5.
The camera shall avoid facing the sunlight directly.
6.
The intercom distance is 50 cm.
