Operating The Intercom Panel
1.Press room number to call.
2.Press * followed by your PIN code to open the door. if the
password is correct, the LCD will display “open”.
3. # Hang up during a call / Backspace.
4.Open the door using a RF card key, tag
it to this point.
Answering Your Door
Once you’ve accepted the call, you can talk and see your visitor. At this point, you have several
options such as opening the door, taking a picture of the caller
.
Note:
1. Users should always remain the App running in the background to receive calls and notifications.
2.When 4G network or sever is out of service or App is not running in the background, the device will
then make a mobile voice call instead. (press * to open the door during the call)
