How Do I Set The APN (Internet Settings) To Connect To The Network?
When you have inserted the SIM card and power up the device but the device is not connecting to
the internet (the server LED is ON, network LED is OFF), then you might need to check the APN
settings or check whether your SIM is supporting data.
Setting the APN via LAN network. (only Android mobiles can check IP address)
1. Connect the 4G intercom via LAN.
(make sure your mobile is on the same
network of your device)
2. Click “search icon” to check the IP
address
3. IP address shown
1. Open a web browser and type the IP address
Ex: http://192.168.0.147/produce.html
in the web
browser address bar to access the configuration menu of the device.
2. Enter your mobile service provider’s APN and save settings.
3. reboot the power when you have changed settings
