System Cable

The Line Extender provides two sets of 16 screw terminal connection points for the Page/Party

®

system

cable. In most applications, only one set is used to connect the system cable. However, a second set is
provided to allow daisy chaining of the system cable if desired.

Fiber Optic Cable

The Line Extender provides a pair of ST fiber optic connectors (one for the transmit fiber and one for the
receive fiber). Typical connections for this method are shown in Figure 2.
