Note the position of the control knob.
4. After making the cut-outs, remove any shavings.

Seal the cut surfaces so that they are heat-resistant
and waterproof.
25.11 Installing the control knob
1.
Hold the retaining plate in place against the rear of
the control panel.
2.
Use 2 screws to secure the retaining plate against
rotation.

In the case of stone worktops, adhere the retain-
ing plate using heat-resistant, two-component ad-
hesive.
3.
Remove the protective film from the rear of the illu-
minated ring.
4.
Push the control knob into the hole.

Always position the side marking on the control
knob on the left.
5.
Ensure that the retaining lug on the retaining plate is
located on the upper side and the control knob is in
the zero setting.
6. On the rear of the control knob, tighten the retaining
nut using the installation tool provided.
7. Align the control knob precisely in the zero setting.
25.12 Connecting the control knob to the
connection cables
1.
Connect the control knob to the enclosed connec-
tion cable.
The two connectors on the control knob are
identical.
2.
Ensure that the plug engages in the socket.
3.
After installation, check that all of the plug connec-
tions are seated correctly.
4.
To secure all connection cables after installation,
bend the lugs on the retaining plate.
