11.5 Switching on the Frying Sensor

1.

Place the cookware in the centre of the cooking
zone.

Ensure that the diameter of the cookware base
matches the size of the hotplate.

Push in the control knob and turn it to

white.

After 3 seconds, a signal sounds and the indicator
next to

Use the control knob to select the temperature level
you require.

For this function, the temperature levels 1 to 5 are
available.

If a temperature level above 5 is selected, the illu-
minated ring on the control knob flashes orange
and white and the appliance does not activate the
function.
