13 Guarantee and aftersales service
In principle, all deliveries are made on the basis of our „General Terms and Conditions“.
The guarantee complies with the legal regulations and is valid in the country where the motor
was purchased. The guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects occurring under
normal stress.
Guarantee and liability claims in view of personal injury and damage to property are excluded if
they have occurred as a result of one or more of the following causes:

Inappropriate use of the motor.

Improper installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of the motor.

Operation of the motor with defective, improperly attached or non-functional safety and
protective equipment.

Failure to observe the advice given in the Assembly and Operating Instructions.

Unauthorised structural modi fi cation of the motor.

Catastrophic events as a result of foreign-object damage and force majeure.

Wear.
For any guarantee claims or the delivery of spare parts or accessories, please contact
your responsible distribution company.
14 Connection diagram
Connection for ELTRAL K25 and ELTRAL K25 Synchro
The connection cable of the drive is approx. 3 m long. If the distance between drive and wall
switch is more than 3 m, the cable must be extended (see chapter „8 Electrical installation“ on
page 24).
The connection is made according to the following wiring diagrams.

If the drive is running in the wrong direction,
reverse the 24 V DC connections.

Isolate the white wire if it is not needed.

For tandem or triple operation, it is
necessary to connect the white wires of the
drives.
