OCCURRENCE OF DEFECTS

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

Regular maintenance of equipment prevents premature wear of parts that work together, 
such as belts. In addition to maintenance, you should do some checking:
- Check wear and tension (voltage) of the motor belt every 100 hours.
- Lubricate the gears after every 200 hours of use.
Note: SPECIAL PROTECTION GREASE use. ASF 360DXC3276.
- An electrician must provide electrical service as specifications of local and national laws.

- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or authorized 
service with special power cable provided by the manufacturer or authorized service in 
order to avoid accidents.

- Before performing cleaning off the main switch and remove the plug.
- Do not use metal accessories (knife, spoon, etc.) does not attack the stainless steel 
parts.
- Never use running water to clean the bath because moisture can damage the bearings.
- To clean, we recommend using a damp cloth with mild soap. Never use water hose, as it 
could cause a short circuit and damage the electrical components such as motor and 
safety items.
- Cleaning your computer you should always be done after use. Do not use abrasive, only 
mild soap.
- This unit must not be cleaned with water jet.
- The machine can not be immersed for cleaning.

- In the event of equipment malfunction before calling for assistance, check if the machine 
has the following problems:

1 - If the machine does not turn on: Make sure the machine voltage corresponds to the 
location, make sure that the emergency button is completely pulled (working position) and 
make sure that the phase sequence (only machines triphasic ) it is in the correct order.

2 - If the machine is slow: Check the pressure of the straps.

There is really a need to activate the Technical Support GPaniz if it is not working as specified 
on the computer, take the invoice and the instruction manual for your hands and contact the 
Service Gpaniz. This provides clarification on small problems that arise in your computer and 
will show you the closest assistant.
