INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

To start the machine, follow these steps:

Step 1: Turn the machine on the power grid;
Step 2: Place the 'Main switch in position 1 (ON);
Step 3: Check the "Emergency Button" is in the working position (fully retracted);
Step 4: Press the button on / off in the green region;
Step 5: Place the dough in the machine, sliding the top tray, reaching sovagem cylinders to

start the process;
Step 6: Collect the mass of the lower tray and put it back into the top tray;
Step 7: Continue the process (step 7) until the dough get the ideal consistency.

To turn off the machine, press the on / off switch in the red region.

Note: If you removed the front cylinder cover by pressing the "panic button" or the "off (red)

'plug and remount the protection of cylinders (as is now standard) and repeat steps 3 and 4
