29CH, 9CH, 4CH:DMX CHANNELS 3 and 4 FUNCTIONALITY
Channel 3 and channel 4:
CH3: DINAMIC Macros
In channel 4 we will have also stored some BUILT IN effects, but in this case, are not
static, each value of the channel corresponds to a CHASE with various steps.
Maximum number of steps of one chase is 35. The chase will loop, it means when
the chase is finished will start again.
CH3: DYNAMIC PROGRAM: 1. 001-043: 43 built-in programs;
2. 044-127: No program;
3. 128-230: 103 built-in programs;
4. 231-255: No program;
Example: CHANNEL 3 VALUE 001: We will store the following sequence:
“PIXEL MATRIX DESIGNED BY G-LITES”
THIS IS A CHASE OF 30 STEPS: First step corresponds to “C”, 2nd to “O”, and so
on till the last step. After the last step, the chase restarts again.
CH4: Speed
With channel 4 we control the speed of channel 3, and the direction of the chase, if
it is running FORWARD OR REWIND (BACKWARD) WITH channel 4 we can
control the speed of channel 3
Values:
• Value 000-050: STOP
• Value 051 - 150: 0.1S-10S FORWARD SPEED
• Value 151 - 250: 0.1S-10S REWIND SPEED
• Value 251-255: STOP
Example:
Imagine in channel 5 we selected value 001, that corresponds to the chase
mentioned above.
“PIXEL MATRIX DESIGNED BY G-LITES”
Then in channel 3 we have selected:
• Value 000-050: The fixture will show C
• Value 051: The fixture will start to show the chase at the minimum speed.
• Value 052: increase of speed
