FUTECH instruments are made with carefully selected compo -
nents and craf ted with the utmost care. By tha t, we can of fer you
an optimal quality. If your device should however be defective
due to faulty ma terials or a production err or, you can benefit
from a 2 ye ars manufacturer ’s warr anty. During this period, your
instrument will be repair ed or replaced for fr ee if following con -
ditions are met:
1. 1. Your device has been pur chased less than two years
ago from an authorized FUTECH distributor . Ple ase
provide a copy of the invoice that indica tes the type
and the serial number of your faulty device.
2. 2. Y ou deliver the faulty device to an authorized FU-
TECH distributor in its original protective pack aging
(pouch in fabric, plastic suitcase ...).
3. 3. T he device shows no damage caused by incorrect
usage (eg. Cr ack(s) from a fall, internal water damage,
fuses melted by the use of an inappropria te charger or
adapter, ba ttery le akage, device opened by a non-au-
thorised technician, ...)
The manufactur er’s warr anty does not include periodic main-
tenance works (eg. Annual adjustments) nor the included ba t-
teries.
