Troubleshooting FusionPC wireless input devices
If you find that one or both of the wireless devices are not operating correctly
then try the following actions:
• Ensure that the wireless device channel setting matches the transceiver setting.
• Replace (keyboard) or recharge (mouse) the batteries to ensure sufficient
charge to the device.
• Make sure that each device is on its own channel.
• Use the ID Connect button on the transceiver to "lock down" communication
between the device and the transceiver.
Note: The ID Connect feature allows for multiple connections of FusionPC wire-
less devices within the same channel. For example; two FusionPC computers
within a 10 foot radius of each other, set up in the factory default positions. (i.e.
both keyboards on channel 1 and both mice on channel 2)
Using the ID Connect feature
In the default configuration, two FusionPC computers next to each other would
experience RF interference (abnormal wireless device functionality). Using the
mouse or keyboard of FusionPC #1 would result in the operation of FusionPC
#2 and vice versa. In this scenario it is necessary to "lock down" specific fre-
quencies between each FusionPC and its accompanying wireless devices in
order to prevent crosstalk failures.
