Audio Mode:
There are four possible audio modes that can be set on the Fusion system:

HDMI STEREO: Is typically used for connecting directly to a
display

HDMI SURROUND: Is used for connecting directly to a receiver
using an HDMI cable

SPDIF: Is used when the receiver doesn‟t support
HDMI video
 STEREO: For two channel analog output (requires
mini-jack adapter)
If you require both analog and digital audio active at the same time you will
need to order the special Fusion adapter model#: FR-D2A.
Simultaneous HDMI & Component output or using a component switch
If you require both HDMI & Component at the same time you would first split
the HDMI signal to two outputs using the corresponding HDMI setting. You
would then route one HDMI connection directly to your receiver or display,
while the second HDMI connection would go to the FR-COM component
adapter. This adapter also has the capability to take HDMI audio (surround or
stereo) and output 2 channel analog audio making this a perfect solution for
component switches.
