There are many reception errors.
Check it in the following setting.

[MENU] -> NAVTEX -> Mask Mode -> Manual

Check the RX Test.
Are the test results OK on all frequencies
of 518 kHz, 490 kHz, and 4209.5 kHz?
To check the currently receivable stations and message types:
[MENU] -> Initialize 1 -> Available Rcv Station List
Do errors occur on a specific frequency?
The problem may be caused due to the failure
of the CPU board or RCV board.
If the test results are OK on any of frequencies,
the problem may be caused due to the failure of
the RCV board.
- To set the received frequency:
[MENU] -> NAVTEX -> Local channel
- To set the station and message type:
[MENU] -> NAVTEX -> Rcv Station & Msg
Do errors occur on a station within
a service area?
1. The problem may be caused due to interference
if the status of errors changes with time or the
power ON/OFF of other device.
2. The problem may be caused due to the failure of
the RCV board.
To check a receiving message in real time:
[MENU] -> Service -> Rcv Monitor
The Rx Test is executed in the following setting:
[MENU] -> Service -> Test
Note:
To set the received frequency;
[MENU] -> NAVTEX -> Local channel
Failure of antenna unit NX-7H
Reference:
1. Check if reception is enabled when the antenna is switched to FAX-5 used for the FAX reciver
or MF/HF WR, where practical.
2. Reception is stopped when the rate of receiving errors exceeds 33%.
