Leg System:
Prepare product as per page 2:
Step 2 is to fit X brace [4] to leg system. Not X brace does have 2 sides, flat side and a side that has
corner rounded off . While second person hold legs square, place the X brace with round corner
facing down and aline the holes with both leg and brace, take bolt washer [A] and by hand insert
bolt into thread, turn 2-3 turns to ensure thread has gripped, test by lightly pulling back on bolt.
Do Not Tighten, fit the balance of bolt in same manner until all eight (8) bolts are fitted.
To help ensure to finished product is square I ask you at this stage to attach fitting [C]. You will
need to turn leg system over. Note at the junction of leg there are four (4) holes with thread one
(1) in each leg, lay fitting [C] over holes and aline, next take bolt and washer [B] and by hand turn
2-3 times to ensure thread has gripped, fit all four bolts. DO NOT TIGHTEN. Now flip back over and
follow instruction.
When all of bolt [A] are fitted correctly take tool [D] and tighten all bolts. Unsure not to over
tighten as this may cause damage to fittings inside timber. Move to step 3
