Variation
The function "Variation" offers the possibility to play back the selected style in a modified
version. Activate or deactivate this function with the [VARIATION] button.
Tempo
For each style, a predefined standard tempo is linked in the instrument. When the style is
called up, the stored tempo is automatically selected.
However, you can change the tempo of demos, metronome and styles with the [TEMPO -
]/[TEMPO +] buttons as needed.
Press the [TEMPO+] and [TEMPO-] buttons simultaneously to immediately return to the
respective default value.
Accompaniment volume
Press the [ACCOMP ] or [ACCOMP VOLUME-] button to change the volume of
the accompaniment function in relation to the selected basic volume. Pressing both
[ACCOMP VOLUME] buttons simultaneously returns you to the default setting.
Accorder recognition
To add a full chord accompaniment to the accompaniment rhythm of a style, it is necessary
to tell the instrument the chords to play.
To activate chord recognition, press one of the [SINGLE CHORD 1], [SINGLE CHORD 2] or
[FINGER CHORD]-buttons.
The left section of the keyboard now functions as the chord section.
Chord fingering
How the chords are played or displayed with the left hand is called fingering. There are three
types of fingerings. These are called Single Finger1, Single Finger2, and Fingered.
Chord Basics
In music, a chord is any harmonic set of three or more notes that is heard as if it were
sounded simultaneously. The most common chords are triads. A triad consists of three notes
that can be layered in thirds. In this case, their components are called the root, third, and fifth
degrees.
