• Never pick up metal, glass or water.

When wood dust and wood shavings are confined to an area, the possibility of an
explosion exists. Be aware of the existence of possible sources of ignition and take
steps to minimise these.

Do not pick up any material that is burning or smouldering such as metal grinding dust,
cigarette ends, matches, etc.
•
Never try to move the dust extractor by the cordset.
•
Always switch the machine off before emptying the dust collection bags.
•
Regularly inspect the dust collection bags for damage. Replace damaged bags.
•
Regularly check that the motor housing is secured to the dust collection bag by the
locking strap.
•
Always wear personal protection equipment such as a dust mask, safety glasses and ear
muffs.
•
When emptying debris bag or dust collection bag, be careful not to inhale dust.
•
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by an electrician or power tool
