Fitting and removing the diamond cutting disc (7)
1.
Unscrew the four nuts on the safety guard
(16) with supplied spanner (9) (fig.18) and
remove it from its position.
2.
Using the supplied hex key (21), hold the
spindle while loosening the spindle nut with
supplied spanner (9), turning clockwise as
the spindle nut is a left-hand thread
(fig. 19).
3.
Remove the spindle nut, outer flange and
old diamond disc, if installed.
4.
Clean the inner flange thoroughly before
fitting the new cutting disc.
5.
Place diamond cutting disc onto the spindle
and inner flange securely in the proper
direction of rotation (fig. 20).
Note:
Only use segmented diamond cutting
discs.
6.
Place the outer flange onto the spindle,
cupped side facing the disc and secure with
the spindle nut turning anti-clockwise to
fully tighten (fig. 21).
7.
Refit safety guard and secure the four nuts
removed in step 1.

WARNING!
Before cleaning your brick & masonry saw or carrying out any
maintenance procedure, make sure that the motor is off and the brick & masonry
machine disconnected from the power supply to prevent accidental starting.
