When mounting the left carrier rail in the PRIMECENTER/DataCenter rack, the 
optional support bracket must first be mounted on the rear left support upright 
flush with the bottom edge of the device.

The support bracket is not necessary for the symmetrical rack.

Ê

Read the installation guide in the manual for the corresponding rack.

Ê

Mark the position of the bottom edge of the system unit on the support 
uprights.
