4. Multi-bay Unit

This item explains how to replace multi-bay units.

 WARNING

ELECTRIC SHOCK
Before replacing multi-bay units, be
sure to turn off your computer and
unplug the AC adapter from it,
otherwise you might get an electric
shock.

Turn off the computer and
disconnect the AC adaptor from it.

Main switch

Remove the multi-bay unit.

Raise the multi-bay unit release lever to
remove the multi-bay unit.

Release button

Mount a multi-bay unit.

Push in the unit as far as it will go with its
connector pointing inward.
