Replacing the Internal Battery Pack

Save the program to the hard disk or a floppy disk before replacing the Built-in battery pack.
This item explains how to replace the Built-in battery pack.

Turn the main switch off and
disconnect the AC adaptor.

Slide the main switch in the direction of the
arrow (to the   side).
Disconnect the AC adaptor from the compu-
ter main unit.

Unlock the Built-in battery pack.

Slide the release button located on the bottom
of the main unit (

) and slide the Built-in

battery pack lock (

) for unlocking.

Take out the Built-in battery pack.

Remove the Built-in battery pack while putting
fingers on the slit.

 WARNING

ELECTRIC SHOCK
Always turn off the computer main unit main switch and disconnect the AC adaptor
before installing/removing the Built-in battery pack in order to avoid electric shock.
