Removing an accessible drive

►

Open the casing (see

"Opening the casing", Page 35

).

Disconnect the cables connected to the drive.

►

Slide the clip in the direction of the arrow (1).

►

Pull the drive out of the casing in the direction of the arrow (2).

►

Remove the drive cover from the drive (1).

1

►

Place the drive cover on the holder in the direction of the arrow (1).

►

If necessary, make the required settings on the remaining hard disk drives.

►

If you are not installing a new drive, reinstall the previously removed cover (optional) for the
purposes of cooling,

re protection and to prevent foreign objects from getting into the casing.

).
