Prior to requesting service, do the following check by yourself for common errors.
NOTE:

Service parts are kept at the manufacturer for a maximum of six years after ceasing the
production of this model.
•
Requesting service can be done by contacting the dealer who sold the range hood.
•
When the range hood is not working normally even after checking common errors, please
