Taking Pictures
• Using the waterproof case, you can take pictures down to 40 m (131 ft.)
underwater.
• The operation unit functions correspond to individual operations of the
camera. For the operating instructions or functions for the camera, see
the owner’s manual supplied with your camera.

Turn the camera on.
Press the “POWER” button/

Playback
button, and press the Shutter button.

Set the Photography Mode.

Press 4-direction button to set the
Photography mode.

Check the Photography mode on
the LCD monitor window.
Test-shoot before using the protected
camera under water.
When setting the Photography mode
with the
4-direction button
of the
waterproof case, be sure to confirm
that the mode indication appears in
the LCD monitor.

Hold the waterproof case firmly with both hands.
Hold the camera so that your fingers or the strap do not cover the lens, or
flash. If the lens, or flash is obscured, subjects may be out of focus or the
brightness (exposure) of your shot may be incorrect.
