3) Double click “Controller Tags” in the controller organizer view and select the “Edit Tags” tab at the
bottom.
4) Create the tags in Figure 58.

5) Double click “MainRoutine” under Tasks …MainTask …MainProgram in the controller organizer
view.
6) Right click on the first ladder logic rung in the MainRoutine window and select “Add Ladder
Element...”
7) The “Add Ladder Element” window appears.
8) Select the generic default I/O add-on instruction in the Add-On folder. Refer to Figure 59.

9) Click OK.
10) Edit the add-on instruction according to Figure 60.
