Die Filtergehäuse vom Typ 4BFOS, 6BFOS, 8BFOS
und 12BFOS sind geschweißte Edelstahlkonstruk-
tionen zur Aufnahme von 4, 6, 8 oder 12 Filterbeuteln
der Größe 1 (0,25 m²) oder der Größe 2 (0,5 m²). Der
zylindrische Behälter ist mit Klappdeckel und Augen-
klappschrauben verschlossen.
Der Produkteintritt (N1) erfolgt seitlich im Behälter-
mantel der Austritt (N2) tangential im unteren Klöpper-
boden. Im Deckel sind zwei zusätzliche
Gewindeanschlüsse (N3, N4) für Entlüftung und
Manometeranschluss. Die Entleerungen (N5, N6)
befinden sich unterhalb N1 und N2. Zusätzlich sind
die Gehäuse mit Differenzdruckanschlüssen (N7, N8)
versehen. Die Gehäuse sind serienmäßig mit einer
federunterstützten Deckelschwenkvorrichtung aus-
gestattet.
Die weitere Ausstattung der Gehäuse kann je nach
Typ oder aufgrund von Kundenwünschen variieren.
Filtergehäuse dürfen nur sachgemäß, am besten
gesichert auf einer Palette bzw. in Einbauposition an
den vorgesehenen Verschraubungs- punkten auf die
Palette geschraubt transportiert werden. Den Behälter
nur an geeigneten Stellen anheben. Bei größeren
Behältern sind die dafür vorgesehenen Hebeösen zu
verwenden.
Bei der Lagerung ist darauf zu achten, dass Stutzen,
Schraubenverbindungen, Schweißnähte und Anbau-
teile sowie Flansche ohne Belastung bleiben.
The filter housings series 4BFOS, 6BFOS, 8BFOS
and 12BFOS are welded stainless steel constructions
to install 4, 6, 8 or 12 filter bags size 1 (0,25 m²) or
size 2 (0,5 m²). The cylindric vessel is equipped with
hinged lid and closed with eye bolts.
The inlet flange (N1) is located at the side of the shell
and the outlet flange (N2) tangential to the boiler dis-
hed head at the bottom. In the lid are two additional
connections (N3, N4) for venting and pressure gauge.
The drains (N5, N6) are located beneath N1 and N2.
In addition the housings are equipped with nozzles for
differential pressure measurement (N7, N8). The hou-
sings are equipped as standard with a spring lid lift
which allows an easy opening without any lifting bar
or special tools.
Design and equipment can vary depending on type
or customer’s request.
Filter housings have to be transported properly secu-
red: Either lying and fixed on a pallet or in „built-in-
position“ and fixed with screws using the provided
fixtures to secure it on the pallet. Lift on suitable spots
only. To lift bigger housings use the provided lifting
devices.
While storing the housing make sure that nozzles,
screwed connections, welding seams and other parts
as well as flanges are without any stress.
