WATT-Modus
Within this mode you can preset WATT to enter the watt-controlled training mode. After selecting this
mode
(“W” and MODE/ENTER), enter the WATT value with UP/DOWN and MODE/ENTER (change the standard
value 120, fig. 15).
You may now preset a target value for
“TIME” by using “UP”, “DOWN” and “MODE/ENTER”.
Press “START/ STOP” to start workout.
If you have preset watt, it is not possible to change the load level
manually (with UP and DOWN) as usual. The computer will control the load automatically according to
th
e target Watt value. However, you may adjust the watt preset value with the “UP” & “DOWN” – buttons.
To pause
your workout, press the „START/STOP “-button again. Press “RESET” to return to main menu.

User program mode
In this mode you can exercise according to your own programmed profiles.
After selecting „U“ (confirm with „MODE/ENTER“) you can preset each segment load (totally 8 segments, fig. 16) in
the
profile with the “UP” and “DOWN” buttons (“MODE/ENTER” for confirmation). To leave this mode, press and
hold “MODE/ENTER” for approx. 2 seconds. It is also possible to enter a target time before starting to exercise. Use
the „UP/DOWN“-buttons and “MODE/ENTER” to enter a target time. Start exercise by pressing START/STOP. You
may change the tension level at any time during exercise with “UP” and “DOWN”. To pause exercise, press the „
START/STOP
“-button at any time. If you press the Reset-button (only possible during pause mode), you may return
to main menu.
