Completing the assembly
Hook the rope into the bungee hook mount (5)
as shown.
First attach the rope
to the back of the
unit before
loosening the rope
tie wrap.
Once the bungee cord is attached to the rear strut,
tighten the bolts holding the footboard and main
frame to the side rails as these are easier to access
in the vertical position.
Return the unit to the horizontal position and test
that the bungee cord springs back properly.
Check the seat rollers and slide rails for dirt or
debris before sitting on the seat. Small objects
caught between the seat rollers and rails can
damage the wheels or tread. Check the castors and
rails for dirt before each use and clean them
regularly.
Note:
The frame screws must be checked regularly
for tightness. Do this at the end of the first month of
use and again after 12 months.
Choose a suitable place when setting up the
product for storage.
Insert the supplied batteries (type D) and check the
operation of the computer. For details, refer to the
"Computer Operation" section in this manual.
Choose a flat and level surface on which to use
your machine to avoid wobbling and possible
premature wear.
