FRYMASTER PF95LP PORTABLE FILTRATION SYSTEMS

CHAPTER 4: FILTER OPERATION

4.1 General

Frymaster PF95LP portable filters are designed to operate primarily as independent filter
units. The filter-unit is placed under the fryer drain-valve (with extension attached),
connected to the power source, then activated after the frypot is drained into the filter pan.
See illustration below for proper filtration procedures.
