Plug the welding torch connection (and
adapter) from front to back into the wel-
ding torch mounting as shown
Route the welding torch connection ca-
ble (6) into the corresponding grooves
(7) as shown
Connect the welding torch connection
plug (8) to the device
NOTE!
In the following step, ensure that no ca-
bles are trapped between the welding
torch connection and the motor plate
(9).
Push the welding torch connection into
the device as far as it will go
Close the clamping lever (10)
Only when fitting FSC:
Connect the welding torch to the de-
vice (this step is not necessary for all
other connection types)
Refit and tighten the two TX25 screws
to the welding torch connection on the
front of the device

Tightening torque = 3 Nm
Finally...
Close left side panel
Return device to its original position
Insert wirespool or basket-type spool
Restore connections to other system components
