Replacing the encoder

Preparing the 
drive unit

Pierce the two seals (1)
Undo the four screws (2)
Take off the base plate (3) using a light 
jerking movement

Pull the electronics box backwards out 
of the slot

Pull the plug (4) out of the RDIO 30 A 
PC board

IMPORTANT!

If a gasket is fitted, this must 

remain on the motor housing.
