Before installation
Intended Use The cleaning device is used exclusively to mechanically clean Fronius robot welding
torches in automatic mode within the limits of technical data, especially to clean the gas
nozzle and gas nozzle internal space. Any other use does not constitute proper use. The
manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage resulting from such improper use.

Setup regulations The cleaning device has been tested according to protection class IP 20. This means:

Protection against solid foreign bodies larger than Ø 12.5 mm (0.49 in.)
- No protection against penetrating water
The device should not be set up and operated outdoors. The installed electrical compon-
ents should be protected against direct exposure to moisture.
