Measurement should only be carried out once measurement of ground conductor cur-
rent has been carried out successfully

The device must remain in operation.

Measurements are taken between a grounded point and the touchable, conductive part 
which is not connected with the ground conductor.

The contact current must not exceed 0.5 mA *).
