POSSIBLE ERRORS AT THE FIRST TIME INSTALLATION!

THE CARRIAGE DOESN’T APPLY ENOUGH OVERLAP AT PALLET TOP – PA06

Problem suggestion

Possible solution

- Timer PA06 has to be increased

- Open the hidden parameters of the

software “operating panel.

- Select parameter PA06 and increase

the value.

- This operation can only be done by a

FROMM engineer.

THE CARRIAGE HOME POSITION IS WRONG

– PA07

Problem suggestion

Possible solution

- Carriage home position

- Open the hidden parameters of the

software “operating panel.

- Select parameter PA07 and increase

or decrease the value.

- Increase = The carriage will stop

higher

- Decrease = The carriage will stop

lower

- This operation can only be done by a

FROMM engineer.

CYCLE SELECTION

– PA08

Problem suggestion

Possible solution

- Cycle selection.

- Open the hidden parameters of the

software “operating panel.

- Select parameter PA08 and change

the type of cycle.

- Various type of cycles are described

in this manual.

- This operation can only be done by a

FROMM engineer.

TIMER SELECTION (PA8-03)

– PA09

Problem suggestion

Possible solution

- Timer selection for program PA03.
- Single wrapping only up with automatic return.

Program PA08

software “operating panel.

- Select parameter PA09 and change

the timer.

- This operation can only be done by a

FROMM engineer.

TOPSHEET DESCENT DISTANCE

– PA16

Problem suggestion

Possible solution

- Timer selection for program P8-6
- Double wrapping with top-

sheet “waterproof”.

Program P8

- Open the hidden parameters of the

software “operating panel.

- Select parameter P16 and increase or

decrease the value.

- Higher value the carriage will run

further down. (Bigger top-sheet)

- Lower value the carriage will stop

earlier. (Smaller top-sheet)

- This operation can only be done by a

FROMM engineer.
