Commissioning, assembly

• Attach the cross bar (98) to both lateral profiles (99). Manually tighten the screws (100).

• Check the firm position of the cross bar (98) and align using a spirit level.

• Fasten all screws to the same extent (tightening torques: 6.1, page 27).

Material used for attachment: 

- 4x DIN933-M12x45-8.8 screws

- 8x DIN125-A13 washers

- 4x DIN985-VM12 self-locking nuts

• Drill holes in lateral profile (99), front 

loader bump protection (16) and clamping 

plates (101) at this height (103) on each 

side 

(d = 10 mm).

• Apply bolted connections (17) (tightening 

torque: 6.1, page 27).

Material used for attachment: 

- 4x DIN933-M10x35-8.8 screws

- 8x DIN125-A10.5 washers

- 4x DIN985-VM10 self-locking nuts
