Updating FRITZ!OS
Overview
AVM provides free updates for the FRITZ!OS of your FRITZ!Repeater.
FRITZ!OS is the operating system of the FRITZ!Repeater.
You can update the FRITZ!OS in the “Mesh Overview” of the FRITZ!Box,
by wizard in the user interface of the FRITZ!Repeater, and even without
an internet connection. You can also configure an auto update feature
so that future updates are installed automatically.
Requirements

To update the FRITZ!OS in the “Mesh Overview” of the FRITZ!Box:
FRITZ!Box with FRITZ!OS 7.00 or newer

1.
Open the user interface of the FRITZ!Box on a computer, tablet
or smartphone in the home network. To do this, enter the
address
in the web browser.

Select “Home Network / Mesh”.
3.
If a new update is available, the “Perform Update” button is
shown next to the FRITZ!Repeater. Start the update and wait
until “Update was successful” appears.

On a computer with an internet connection: Open the following
address in the browser:

FRITZ!Repeater model and “other”.
