Configure the “Forgot password” push service. When you have
forgotten a password, the FRITZ!Box sends an access link to the
email address you specified. Using this link you can set a new
password.

If you lose your FRITZ!Box password and did not configure the “Forgot
password” push service, you will have to restore the factory settings to
the FRITZ!Box and you will have to reconfigure all of your personal
settings for your internet connection and your home network.
