The relevant fundamental safety and health protection require-
ments in accordance with Annex I of the aforementioned Direc-
tive have been applied and complied with. 

In addition, the incomplete machine complies with all provisi-
ons of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and FDA.

The incomplete machine may only be put into operation once it 
has been determined that the machine into which the incom-
plete machine will be incorporated is in compliance with the 
provisions of the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). 

The following harmonised standards were applied:
