SANITIZING FIXED PARTS 

 

 

While the removable parts soak in the sanitizer inside the tub, proceed sanitizing the fixed 
parts of the machine: 

 

SANITIZING THE CYLINDER 

 Immerse  a  disposable  paper  cloth  in  the 

sanitizing liquid. 

 Pass  the  cloth  over  all  the  batch  freezing 

cylinder surfaces. 

 Also  pass  the  cloth  over  the  visible 

internal and external surfaces of the drain 
pipe. 

 Use the brush, previously immersed in the 

sanitizing  solution,  to  clan  the  OR  seats 
thoroughly,  which  are  positioned  on  the 
drain pipe. 

 Also pass the cloth over the outer edge of 

the  cylinder  until  reaching  the  surfaces  of 
the  upper  cover,  front  panel  hook  block 
and funnel. 

 

SANITIZING DRIVE SHAFT 

 Immerse  a  disposable  paper  cloth  in  the 

sanitizing liquid. 

 Pass a cloth over the entire surface of the 

drive  shaft  positioned  at  the  centre  of  the 
batch  freezing  cylinder.  Pay  particular 
attention  to  the  drive  gauge  and  the  joint 
on  the  bottom  with  the  base  of  the  batch 
freezing cylinder.
