4.3.1. Loading the rotisserie using meat forks
The unit will be equipped with a set of meat forks.
Whole uncut chickens should always be grilled using the meat forks.
This way their natural fat will baste each other, giving a perfectly slender
cooking result.

1. Insert one point of the meat fork through the chest at the position of the wings. Insert
the other point through the drum sticks. Don’t forget to include the wings.
