The standard 60°C and 40°C cotton pro-
grammes are suitable to clean normally
soiled cotton laundry and they are the
most effi
cient programmes in terms of
combined energy and water consumption
for washing that type of cotton laundry.
The above mentioned programs are in
accordance with European Regulations
1015/2010 and 1061/2010 on the
specifi c eco-design requirements. The
actual water temperature may diff er
from the declared cycle temperature. The
standard 60°C and 40°C cotton
programmes were verifi ed in compliance
with standard EN60456.
