VII. TRANSPORTING YOUR FR-W04

Whether it is for a holiday, a day out to visit family and friends, or a trip to go shopping, your
wheelchair can be taken along. Depending on the size or model of your car, you will be able
to load your wheelchair in one of the following methods.
Folding wheelchair
Power off.
Put down the both side armrests.
Pull backward on the seat lock handle to adjust the height of the seat while simultaneously
lift down the seat.
Load your wheelchair with the aid of a car lift. Your dealer will be able to advise on
suitable equipment.
Alternatively, you can pull open the knob and removing the front caster wheel, then put
the loading mat on the car trunk entry, which can easily be stored in the rear car trunk, and
use auxiliary wheel to move and arrange for proper location .
Follow these simple instructions for folding your wheelchair. This procedure can be
carried out quickly and without the use of tools. It is recommended that you transport the
battery in the box that shipped with your wheelchair and lay the battery on level surface.
