The workout will continue in this way until the last
segment of the profile flashes in the display and
the last segment ends. The walking belt will then
slow to a stop.
If the speed or incline setting is too high or too low
at any time during the workout, you can manually
override the setting by pressing the Speed or
Incline buttons;
however, when the next segment
of the workout begins, the treadmill will auto-
matically adjust to the speed and incline set-
tings for the next segment.
Note: If you use an
Interval workout, the incline will not adjust automati-
cally.
To stop or restart the workout at any time, press
the Start/Stop button.
4. Select a display mode and monitor your
progress with the display.
The console offers three display modes. The dis-
play mode that you select will determine which
workout information is shown. Press the Display
button repeatedly to select the desired display
mode.
The display can show the speed of the walking belt,
the incline of the treadmill, a profile of the workout,
the time remaining in the workout, the distance you
have walked or run, the approximate number of
calories you have burned, your exercise intensity in
METs, the approximate number of calories burned
per hour, your pace, and your power output in
watts.
5. Measure your heart rate if desired.

6. Turn on the fan if desired.

7. When you are finished exercising, remove the
key from the console.
